Discover the Best Water Around for YOU!

Over the last few years I have been searching for the best, purist water available to hydrate and cleanse my body. I went through a phase of alkalizing my water with high tech equipment. The alkalizing phase was after the carbon filtration phase, reverse osmosis phase and then long and pricey period of drinking water bottled in glass from Mountain Valley Spring, delivered right to the doorstep.

My search and continual education, led to me to Daniel Vitalis’ work, which has transformed my health. What did I learn…

The absolute ideal solution to providing your body with pure water is to return to the source and collect your drinking water!

I was recently out on a water collecting adventure near Dallas, in Canton Texas and met this sweet couple who had been collecting their water for over 40 years!!! The woman has a health issue with her bladder and can NOT drink the city water because the chemicals dissolved in the water (resulting in “TAP FUILD”) irritate the lining of her bladder. Join me on a water collecting adventure and listen to their story by clicking play to watch the video below.

So yes, have fun collecting YOUR water and exploring the natural world.

FindASpring.com is an excellent resource, started by Daniel Vitalis to find springs and artesian wells around the world so everyone who is willing can collect pure drinking water from the source, momma earth. If you know of a local spring near you, please do me a favor and make sure it’s listed on findaspring! The more awareness we can all bring to the health benefits of drinking spring water and preservation of hydrological systems the better!  Therefore, I will write another post about WHY I collect water and the health benefits of spring water. I will get into the details of PH, Total Dissolved Solids, Temperature and my opinionated stance on municipal water.

I would love to hear your opinion about this post. Please leave a comment and share what you are currently drinking to hydrate and cleanse your body.

Cheers!

Sue

Thanks for posting a video on the Canton water! I’ve been there a few times and bring home 20 gallons to lastus beforewe go again. That water is great tasting! I do add some alkaline drops in it, just to bring it up to a more neutral ph. We hear so much about alkalinity not really being the best and acidic just as bad…..so I decided to use REAL water from Canton and add some drops to make it neutral or a little over 7 (7.5).

Can someone recommend a grass-fed (or at least mostly) farm that sells raw milks (goats/cows)?? I’d appreciate it very much!

Thanks again,
Virginia

Christina,

That is so great. We absolutely met for a reason at the Lavon farm yesterday! Todd and I were out touring the farm all morning and shooting a video about his RAW milk, we just happened to be back in the store when you pulled in for your locally produced butter and milk.

I really appreciate your testimonial about his milk and butter – that will be an excellent part of the video I compose about his products and farm.

I do find the water to be less than optimal and down right nasty tasting in Plano, TX. Since drinking water is critical for your health and well-being I would recommend going to Canton and collecting your water. That water is awesome!

There is a raw food potluck I am going to attend this friday:

Hopefully we connect before I head west!

With love and light,

Hello Sue-

It was great to hear from you! Thank you for the invite and link to the raw food. I wasn’t able to go but I would really enjoy hearing how it went. It would be fun to hear one or two of your favorite dishes that were passed around. Conversation is always good at the potluck, and I would like to re-connect with the good energy those evenings bring.

Thank you for your work and your terrific website.

Keep on doing what you do – a great and pure vision.

supporting you –

Hello Sue-

I met you today at Lavon Farms while I was buying his wonderful fresh milk. We talked about his butter and you told me about your website.

I have just touched on a few of your subjects, but, needless to say, I am enthralled. Although, I am no longer totally raw (long story), I took the raw food journey for three years. Never in my life did I feel healthier and more in touch physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally. At that time, David Wolfe was a huge influence for me (The Sunfood Diet Success System), and I attended his seminars in Toronto and published articles about him. A woman, Laurie Bosch, (my spiritual mother – she led me to the Lord), was and remains a raw foodist, with her daughter Becky. They started a business years ago called Good Stuff by Mom and Me (raw snacks, seeds, nuts – http://www.gimmegoodstuff.com), and then became Health Ministers for Hallelujah Acres (www.rawlife.com), and are now travelling and spreading the word about raw and natural living.

The “cooked” side of me is strongly influenced by great work of the Weston Price Foundation and Sally Fallon. Many raw foodists also relate to the findings of Weston Price captured in his magnum opus “Nutrition and Physical Degeneration.”

I am very very intrigued about your piece on collecting water. Since I have moved to Plano from the cool clear water sources I had in rural upstate New York, I find I cannot bring myself to even brush my teeth with the water here (I use peroxide!) My husband thinks I am overly sensitive, but I believe with my whole heart that the water here is bad. I can smell the mold when I open the taps, I sneeze like crazy every morning, my dishes do not clean unless I run them through the dishwasher, I have to clean our toilets twice a week at least, and if I dare make iced tea with tap water the scum that forms in the pan and in the pitcher is disgusting.

I am going to subscribe to your blog. While you are in Texas, I would sometime like to hook up with you and chat about this exciting journey you are on. I am thrilled you are moving forward on your vision and I support you all the way!

How amazing, I was pulled all morning to stop by the farm, even though I was planning on it for tomorrow. I literally turned the truck around to go there today. Cool, huh?

Keep up the good work and I hope to stay connected with you.

To vision and perseverance!

Christina

Thanks so much for your kind comment Crystal! You are a sweet heart! I am having fun with the blog and have more posts planned 😉

Is there anything specific you’d like to ask me cover? I was asked the other day how I store my raw nuts and dehydrated fruits and thought geez what a great question, and future post!

Be Well!
