Fall Juice Feast Day 2 | Juice Recipes

Hello! Day 2 of the Juice Feast went by fast!

I’m tired and feel like cuddling up with a blanket or sitting by the fire. However, before I rest I want to share these recipes I made today. Wonderful creations that nourish the body! Yum!! Love the fresh juice and variety of what you can create at home. So fresh and delicious and maximum nutrition!

During Day 2 of the Juice Feast the juice is flowing. Here are some juice recipes that were served up today. This first recipe was filmed in my bath robe during the morning. Toward the end the video my father makes a guest appearance and tries the green juice.

It’s the Green Queen Juice! To watch the video click play below.

The Green Queen

  • ½ bunch dandelion greens
  • 5 stalks of celery
  • 1 apple
  • 1 beet (golden or red)

Hope you enjoyed the video and give the Green Queen a try. Let me know what you think about this drink or what your favorite green juice is  in the comments below.  It is always great to hear from you! If you’re partaking in the juice feast  don’t forgot about the facebook page . The page offers supports and good reminders that people are doing this too! Your comments and support are appreciated!

If you don’t have a juicer to process your vege’s your blender can make juice! Here is the secret tip ~ use a nut milk bag to strain your pulp! A Vitamix works the best for this. Enjoy the video demo by clicking play on the video below.

Blended Green Prince

Blend in Vitamix:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 ½ c spinach
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp or less bragg’s amino acids
  • Pinch of sea salt

Strain with nut milk bag into bowl. Enjoy the green juice!

Orange Sunrise

  • 4 oranges
  • 6 carrots
  • 2 apples

It is best to juice the oranges with a citrus juicer and the carrots and apples with a single agar juicer. Mix together the juices and let the vitamin C and beta carotene flow into your body!

More juices to come! I highly recommend you try the Choco-Wanna Bee Juice posted yesterday. It tastes and smells like chocolate! Either that or I’m really craving chocolate and enjoying the carrot juice! Good stuff…these juices are making my skin glow and belly release bloating…that is good news! Would love to hear your thoughts on these juices and your experiences with juice feasting.

Cheers to radiant health,

Sue
