P.S. Oh if you’re wondering what Sproutology the Video is about….its a 90 min video that will show you how to grow sprouts such as alfalfa, broccoli, mung bean, lentil, and more. Plus how to grow your own greens like wheatgrass for a fraction of the cost compared to buying shots at a juice bar or store bought sprouts. It has 3 recipe demonstrations from the book and was filmed in July 2010, to be released March 2011.
